Client: Segura Hydrographic Confederation (CHS)
Location: Murcia, Alicante, Albacete and Almería
REGENERA develops for the Segura Hydrographic Confederation (CHS) the energy advice necessary for its Energy Efficiency Master Plan, a project aimed at analyzing and improving the energy performance of the infrastructures managed by the organization in different locations in the provinces of Murcia, Alicante, Albacete and Almería.
The project aims to establish a global vision of the energy consumption of the facilities, identify savings and efficiency opportunities, and define an action strategy that allows optimizing the use of energy and advancing towards a more efficient and sustainable management of hydraulic infrastructures.
The work carried out by REGENERA includes the analysis of the installations and their main energy consumption, the identification and evaluation of improvement measures, and the definition of actions aimed at reducing energy demand, optimizing operating costs, and promoting the incorporation of more efficient energy solutions.
REGENERA also performs the validation of energy billing, checking the main concepts included in the invoices, such as consumption, demanded powers, tariff periods and other regulated concepts. Furthermore, a automated platform for the analysis and validation of energy invoices, capable of processing the information from the various supplies and systematically verifying the main concepts invoiced.
The development of the Master Plan will make it possible to have a energy planning tool for the medium and long term, facilitating the prioritization of investments and the decision-making regarding energy efficiency actions across the entire set of analyzed facilities.
This project reinforces REGENERA's experience in energy consulting, engineering and planning of energy efficiency measures applied to large public infrastructures, contributing to the reduction of energy consumption and the improvement of the sustainability of strategic facilities linked to water management.
