Client: ASCH - Energy refurbishment, Albacete Air Base

REGENERA was awarded the contract for the refurbishment of the energy installations of building 412 of the air forces at the Albacete air base, promoted by the Spanish Air Force, where REGENERA was subcontracted by ASCH as the successful bidder for the work.

Air conditioning

Air-conditioning installation consisting of 6 Hisense brand VRV air-conditioning systems with heat recovery, with a total capacity of 185 KW refrigeration, supplying 60 indoor units consisting of 28 splits and 32 cassettes of different power ratings.

Ventilation and extraction

Installation of 6 S&P heat recovery units of different power ratings for air renewal in all rooms of the building. Extraction installation consisting of 7 S&P extractors for the evacuation of air from toilets and storerooms.

Electrical installation and switchboards

Installation of wiring and electrical panels to supply the air-conditioning and ventilation systems. Refurbishment of the building's general low-voltage switchboard.

Lighting and fire protection system

Dismantling of all the building's lighting, sirens and fire sensors for the replacement of ceilings and civil works modifications carried out by ASCH and subsequent assembly of the removed elements. Installation of 50 new luminaires.
