Comprehensive maintenance of the museums and buildings belonging to the Instituto de las Industrias Culturales y las Artes de la Región de Murcia, a body dependent on the Regional Ministry of Education and Culture, which are:
- Auditorium and Congress Centre Víctor Villegas of Murcia.
- Veronicas Exhibition Hall.
- Párraga Centre.
- Francisco Rabal Regional Film Archive.
