Objectives and Planning
New management platform for key activities in sustainable hotel operations related to the optimisation of the new "green" demand, resource management (water, energy, waste), improvement of air quality, and predictive maintenance (among others) based on the digital twin concept, to support decision-making for the development of new sustainable hotel models that respond to the needs of the ecological transition.
The combination of digital twins with IoT and AI technology will enable a reduced environmental footprint through reduced resource consumption and circular economy. These optimisation capabilities will not only focus on energy consumption, but will also enable emission reductions by detecting desired spatial patterns and conditions on certain days and time slots, creating dynamic profiles from predictive demand algorithms for HVAC systems.

The TWINHOTEL concept seeks to develop a Digital Twin that collects operational data from hotel establishments through integration, digitisation and IOT (SUIGENERIS) for analysis using tools such as Big Data Analysis and Machine Learning, transforming it into high added value information (TINAMICA) and creating a digital model (IDEA) that allows optimising operational parameters supporting decision making in the ecological transition (REGENERA).
