REGENERA was awarded the contract to improve the ventilation and air-conditioning systems of the rector's building and the social council of the Elche campus, promoted by the UMH.

The work consisted of replacing the existing air-conditioning cassettes and ventilation extraction boxes, as well as installing new extractors, supplying them with electricity from the existing switchboards and integrating them into the building's control system.

The duct network has been extended to new rooms in the building that did not have ventilation.

These works have improved the building's energy certificate.

The works carried out by Regenera have been:

1. Dismantling of existing air-conditioning and ventilation installations.
2. Installation of 86 CIAT brand cassette fan coils of different power ratings.
3. Installation of 1 heat recovery unit and 16 S&P extraction boxes.
4. Adaptation and extension of the fibre and sheet metal duct network.
5. Extension of wiring and electrical panels.
6. Comprehensive extension and improvement of the building control system.
7. Assembly and disassembly of false ceilings.
8. Improvement of acoustic insulation in ceilings.
9. Updating of the building's EEC certificate.
