Electrical installation of industrial building Symborg

Client: Urdecon Constructions

Location: Alhama, Murcia

REGENERA was awarded the contract for the low and medium voltage electrical installation of the new Symborg facilities, promoted by Symborg Business Development S.L., where REGENERA was subcontracted by URDECON as the company awarded the work.

Medium voltage

Medium-voltage electrical installation, installing an ORMAZABAL brand SECTIONING CENTRE AND TRANSFORMATION CENTRE. Transferring the sectioning centre to Iberdrola and the subscriber's transformer substation.

The line was also laid to connect to the existing medium-voltage line under the roadway, to the switching centre and between it and the CT.

Low voltage

Office facilities

Construction of offices with a small laboratory, changing rooms and an office kitchen. Installation of lighting, power and workstations with internet connection via 2 rj45 points.

Installation of REJIBAND trunking system

Pemsa's REJIBAND BLACK C8 was chosen for the trunking. This has better performance than hot-dip galvanised, and as the brand guarantees its conductivity between them, connecting one end to earth acts as the whole earth.

Laying of power lines

The laying of all the electrical lines from the transformation centre to the CGBT and from the CGBT to all the sub-panels and machinery. Laying through the tray channelling. Various sizes of lines are laid, from 3*1.5mm CU hoses to 1*300mmCU lines. Among the main lines, we have:

- General power supply line from CT to CGBT of 6x3x(1x300mm) +6x1x(1×150).

- CGBT line to PCI Frame which is a 301ml aerial-underground run of 2x3x(1×150) + 2x(1*70) + 1×70.

 

Installation of electrical panels

Study and assembly of general electrical panels and sub-panels for the entire building to supply all the machinery it houses. The low voltage general switchboard (CGBT) with a 2000A general circuit breaker and a 1000A emergency line circuit breaker. A total of 130 veins with a cross-section of between 300mm and 70mm are connected to this switchboard. A total of 13 subpanels and an 800KVAR capacitor bank must be added to this installation.

Hall lighting installation

Installation of Philips lighting Mod: BY470X by means of channelling by tray and exposed PVC tube. Intelligent 13,000lux screens are installed, which can be configured with each other to create fully configurable lighting zoning between them. Installation of Philips lighting Mod: BVP121P G3, by means of channelling by tray and exposed PVC tube. 20500lux screens are installed, which are operated by means of pushbuttons directed to remote switches.

Telecommunications installation

Installation of 2 RACKs distributed throughout the building and 3 Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (UPS), two Monof. 20 KVA and one Monof. 15 KVA. A total of 13 workstations are installed in the offices with two RJ45 access points with UTP cat 6 cable for each one of them.
